U•N•I is a nonprofit founded by Marc Pelletz, a successful entrepeneur who has created many successful businesses over the past 40+ years. Having experienced substance abuse firsthand many years ago, Marc formed U•N•I with a group of like-minded business leaders to support organizations that give hope and help to people transitioning fro

Having experienced substance abuse firsthand many years ago, Marc formed U•N•I with a group of like-minded business leaders to support organizations that give hope and help to people transitioning from homelessness, addictions, incarceration and other life challenges.
Our organization's name is based on the premise that you and I (U•N•I) together can make the world a better place.

U•N•I's team includes a diverse mix of experienced business leaders and volunteers who are dedicated to bringing help to organizations supporting "the least of these" in our society through expertise, advocacy, fundraising and financial sponsorships. We are always looking for additional like-minded leaders who can bring their unique talents to U•N•I's mission.

U•N•I's initial efforts are focused on the Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida area as we build and refine our programs and fundraising systems. All donations received will go to support agencies in Sarasota/Bradenton unless specifically designated to other agencies we support.

U•N•I also expects to support a few other agencies outside Sarasota/Bradenton where these agencies partners with U•N•I on a synergistic basis. Lovelady Center in Birmingham Alabama is one such partner.

- U•N•I's leadership team works hard to arrange matching grants to make your gift go farther.
- U•N•I's leadership team covers the costs of U•N•I's operations, which means 100% of your gift goes to support people in need.
- If you'd like to designate your gift to a specific agency we support, please send us a note using the "Contact Us" section of our website. All non-designated gifts will be directed to agencies in Sarasota/Bradenton supporting the homeless and those transitioning from incarceration and/or addictions.
